Return and Refund Information

RETURNS

TSID Clothing offers store credit only on all returns. Exchanges can only be completed in our Retail Store; we cannot facilitate exchanges by post. Store credits are issued by email in the form of a Gift Voucher to the value of your order minus postage costs. Store credits have no expiry and can be used online or instore. If you are waiting on a Store Credit, please check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there.

All returned items must be in an unworn, clean, fresh and saleable condition (please no perfume smells or make-up stains!) and must have the original tags attached. If items do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to you.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide to return it. This timeframe begins on the date you receive your parcel, not the date of purchase. We understand postage can be slow and unpredictable, so time in transit does not count towards the 14 days. If your return is received after the 14-day period, we reserve the right to return your parcel to you, and you will be invoiced for re-shipping. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend sending your return with a reputable carrier (e.g., Australia Post). Please use tracking and keep your tracking number, as we cannot reconcile untracked returns and cannot be held responsible for any losses.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

There are NO returns on items purchased from the SALE section unless the item received is faulty or damaged. Any sale items returned outside of this condition will be sent back to you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are SO sorry! Please contact us at shop@tsidclothing.com.au ASAP so we can arrange for it to be returned for a store credit or replacement (depending on availability).
