Return and Refund Information
RETURNS
TSID Clothing offers refunds and store credit on returns. Exchanges can only be done IN STORE at our Warehouse or Retail Store. We cannot facilitate exchanges by post. Store credits are issued by email in the form of a Gift Voucher and to the value of your order minus postage costs. This has no expiry and can used online or instore. If you are waiting on a Store Credit, please check your junk/spam folder in case it lands in there! Refunds only apply to FULL price items and orders. If you have applied a discount code to your order then we will only offer you a store credit. All refunds (minus postage costs) will be sent back to the original method of payment only. Once processed, please allow 5 business days to receive your refund.
All returned items must be in an unworn, clean, fresh and saleable condition (please no perfume smells or make-up stains!) and MUST have the original tags attached. If your item doesn't adhere to these conditions - they will be returned to you.
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to decide to return it to us. This is not the date of order - it is the date that you receive it. We understand that postage can be slow and unpredictable. Time in transit does not count towards the 14 days. Please note that if your return is received AFTER the 14 days, we reserve the right to return your parcel to you, and you will be invoiced for re- shipping. All return postage costs are borne by the customer.
We advise that you send your return with a reputable carrier - ie Australia Post. Please use tracking on returns and keep the tracking number as we have no way of reconciling your returning items and as a result cannot be held responsible for any losses.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of them arriving at our warehouse
There are NO returns on items purchased from the SALE section on our website unless the item that you have received is faulty or damaged. Any items returned that were Sale items will be sent back to you.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are SO sorry! Please contact us at shop@tsidclothing.com.au ASAP so that we can arrange for it to be returned to us for a refund/credit or replacement (depending on availability).
