SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- $10 STANDARD POSTAGE (3+ business days).
- $15 EXPRESS POSTAGE (1-2 business days).
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING over $150
- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD POSTAGE (5+ business days).
- INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS POSTAGE (2-5 business days).
- Delivery time is calculated in business days from time of despatch and can vary on your location.
- Your order will be sent via Australia Post with each order having tracking and signature on delivery. (Please note current COVID-19 conditions may affect this. Check with Australia Post if you have any concerns).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- All orders are final. We aim to ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed (this may be longer during a sale or busier times of the year) so please contact us ASAP with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.

LOCAL PICK UP
- ALL LOCAL COLLECTION IS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE - NOT OUR RETAIL STORE
- Pick up/Drop off hours are strictly: Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm. You do not need an appointment to pick up/try on
- You are welcome to try on your order in our change rooms when you collect your order.
- Please ensure that you have received an email stating that your order is ready for collection BEFORE you come to the Warehouse. If you do not have an email, then your order is not ready for collection.
- Please ensure that you collect your order within 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not have a lot of space to hold orders, and if there are any changes you need to make to your orders, it will be more likely that we have the items in stock. We will do our best to contact you, however if your order is not collected within a reasonable timeframe, we will cancel your order, and a store credit will be issued.
- When returning an item, please make sure you include your original invoice and/or note with your name and invoice number clearly stated.
- You will receive an electronic store credit or refund once your return has been processed. Please note that this can take up to 3-5 business days.
- If you would like to exchange and it is for the same item but a different size, or another garment of the same value, we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot hold items, but if it is available when you arrive, we can try to make this happen.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please make sure that your email address has been entered correctly at checkout! If you have not received an email, please check your junk folder, and if it still not there, let us know.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains a pre-order item then your whole order won't be sent until the pre-order item arrives and it will be sent altogether.
