Shipping Within Australia
- Standard Post: $10 (approx. 3+ business days)
- Express Post: $15 (approx. 1–2 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
International Shipping
- International Standard: Estimated 5+ business days
- International Express: Estimated 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location. Timeframes are calculated in business days from dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you through the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel is not linked to your MyPost account, a physical card may be left.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (longer during sales or peak periods). If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While all orders are final, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.
If your order appears delayed, please contact Australia Post directly.
Local Pick Up
Local pick up is available from either of our TSID retail locations:

- Collection is available during store trading hours only.
- Please wait for the “ready for collection” email before coming in.
- You’re welcome to try on your items in-store when collecting your order.
Please collect your order within 14 days. Due to limited storage space, uncollected orders may be cancelled and issued as a store credit. We will do our best to contact you before this occurs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking email, check your junk folder, and contact us if it is still missing.
Pre-Orders
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
